The prices for our rugs are as follows:

This takes into account any colour change you wish to make from our broad range of wools available.

If you wish us to create a specific design for you (e.g. a family crest), or have a different sized rug made, we will be happy to quote for you.

1. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the retail price must be paid prior to an order being accepted. In the case of customised designs, a deposit of 90% is required.
2. Delivery is usually made within four months after receipt of the deposit, but this may vary depending on the design chosen and size of rug. An indicative delivery date will be given upon receipt of each order.
3. Delivery will be made anywhere within 50 miles of London at no additional cost. Outside this area, delivery charges will apply in addition to the purchase price. Goods may be collected from E&E Designs at their business address.
4. The balance of the purchase price must be paid prior to delivery or collection.
5. An invoice for the balance will be issued upon confirmation of delivery of goods to E&E. Payment arrears after 28 days from the date of invoice will be charged at 5% above prevailing UK Base Rates. Where payment is not received within three months, goods will be disposed of at the discretion of E&E Designs and any deposit will be forfeited.
6. A customer may return the goods within 14 days of delivery in the case of a defect in manufacture or any form of deviation from the original order. In this case a full refund will be made.
7. Goods will remain the property of E&E Designs until payment is received in full.
8. Payment must be by cheques or cash. Payment by cheque will not be considered paid until funds are cleared.
9. Insurance is included within the purchase price up to the point of delivery.
10. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of English law.
